Izabela Doyle
ADHD coach & parent consultants
I am a passionate and dedicated professional with nearly 10 years of experience working as a Speech and Language Therapy Assistant within the NHS Health Board.

In addition to my full-time role, I pursued higher education and successfully completed a Master's degree in Psychology with the Open University. This academic journey deepened my understanding of human behaviour and cognition, providing me with valuable insights into various psychological aspects.

During this time, my husband was diagnosed with ADHD and ASD, which sparked a personal interest in the subject. Eager to learn more, I delved into extensive research on ADHD and discovered a wealth of untapped strengths and abilities in individuals with ADHD. This newfound knowledge served as an inspiration for me to embark on a new path as an ADHD coach.

As an ADHD coach, my goal is to leverage my expertise in speech and language therapy, psychology, and my personal understanding of ADHD to help individuals with ADHD unlock their full potential.

I fell privileged to be able to make a real positive impact on the lives of parents dealing with ADHD. Let's join hands and start an amazing journey together—a journey where we uncover hidden talents and celebrate the unique strengths that come with ADHD.
In my approach to consulting with parents, I hold the belief that children with ADHD encounter challenges that are distinct and require specific attention. It's crucial to understand that around 30% of the developmental process might be delayed due to ADHD, which can lead to struggles in meeting parental, school, and nursery expectations.
By recognising behaviours like kicking, screaming, and hitting as signs of a child's difficulty in meeting these expectations, we can already become more effective parents. Navigating the unique challenges of raising a child with ADHD demands us to play a pivotal role in teaching them executive function skills until they can manage independently. Until then, we are their frontal lobe, providing unwavering support as they strive to meet these expectations.
I firmly believe that implementing structures, routines, task modifications, environmental adjustments, as well as offering behavioral and emotional support, lays a foundation for your child's success. This approach not only restores the joy in parenting but also cultivates happy childhoods, strengthens the parent-child bond, and brings a renewed sense of joy to your home.
